A safe, supportive space for adults, children and young people
Perhaps you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Maybe you're navigating relationship difficulties, life changes, or simply feel like something isn't quite right. Whether you're an adult facing life's challenges or a parent concerned about your child, whatever has brought you here today, you don't have to face it alone.

I'm Daniella Walsh, a BACP-registered counsellor offering person-centred counselling in the Sherwood area of Nottingham and online. I work with adults, children, and young people, providing a warm, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore what's going on for you at your own pace. My approach is gentle and accepting, helping you navigate this difficult world or difficult time in your life with empathy and understanding.
I provide a safe space for adults to explore life's challenges, process difficult experiences, and develop new ways of understanding themselves.
Working with children and young people from age 4, I use creative approaches, including play and drawing, to help them express themselves and work through their experiences.
Counselling offers you dedicated time and space to be truly heard without judgement. It's an opportunity to slow down, explore your feelings, and understand yourself better. Whether you're seeking support for immediate challenges or want to work on deeper patterns, counselling can help you develop coping strategies, process difficult experiences, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom and strength.
